PA Filament(Nylon (Polyamide))

VOXFIL PA nylon is a true engineering material — incredibly strong, wear-resistant and fatigue-proof, with a low-friction surface for moving parts. Perfect for gears, hinges and anything that must flex thousands of times without failing. Keep it dry to print at its best.

Nylon (PA) filament is a true engineering material: incredibly strong, wear-resistant and fatigue-proof, with a low-friction surface ideal for gears and living hinges. VOXFIL PA prints reliably when dried properly — and we tell you exactly how.

How to printPA

Recommended starting profile, proven on open printers and enclosed systems alike.

Nozzle

250 – 270 °C (260 °C sweet spot)

Bed

60 – 80 °C, glue stick or PEI

Speed

30 – 60 mm/s, low cooling

Always dry before use — nylon absorbs moisture fast

Do's & don'ts

Print PA the right way

✓ Do

  • Dry 8 h at 80 °C — always, before every print
  • Use glue stick on PEI to control nylon's aggressive adhesion

✗ Don't

  • Print a wet spool — bubbles, stringing and brittleness follow
  • Leave the spool out between sessions; reseal immediately

What volume buyers say

★★★★★

“We run 40 printers 24/7 and switched our farm to VOXFIL PETG and PLA+. Batch-to-batch consistency is the best we've seen from any Asian supplier — color matching is spot on every time.”

Marcus R.Print Farm Owner, Germany
★★★★★

“As a distributor we needed a partner who could private label without drama. VOXFIL delivered custom colors, our packaging and perfect QC reports. Our returns dropped to near zero.”

FAQ

PA filament —common questions

Nylon is demanding but manageable: use an all-metal hotend at 250–270 °C, keep it dry (8 h at 80 °C before printing) and print in an enclosure for best results.
Gears, bearings, living hinges, clips and load-bearing parts that flex thousands of times. Its low friction and wear resistance suit mechanical assemblies.
Nylon absorbs moisture aggressively. If you see bubbles, hissing or stringing, dry the spool — moisture is almost always the cause, not the profile.
Yes — PA is available in 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg spools, in custom colors and with private label from 100 kg. MOQ for custom colors starts at 10 kg, and samples ship in 72 hours.
Dry box mandatory, below 20% RH
All VOXFIL materials are standard 1.75 mm and work with Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Voron and other open printers. Free starting profiles are provided for Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura and OrcaSlicer.
