2016: The frustration

Our founders ran a small print farm. The bottleneck was never the printer — it was the spool: diameter drifting, colors shifting between batches, and every inconsistency costing real money.

2017: One extrusion line

They bought a single extrusion line and started making filament the way they wished suppliers would: measured continuously, dried properly, batch-coded.

Today: 28 lines, one standard

VOXFIL now runs 28 lines with 1,200+ tons of annual capacity, serving 40+ countries and 15+ private-label brands. The founding rule hasn't changed: never ship what we wouldn't print with ourselves.
