The core difference
PETG is rigid and strong — it holds shape under load, resists chemicals and survives impacts without shattering. TPU (95A) is elastic — it bends, absorbs shocks, grips and springs back, but won't hold a load without support.

Choose PETG when
Brackets, enclosures, vases, protective cases, parts that must stay rigid and survive weather and chemicals.
Choose TPU when
Phone cases, gaskets, seals, vibration dampers, robot wheels, strain reliefs — anything that must flex millions of cycles.
