TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is one of the most-used 3D printing materials. In plain terms: shock-absorbing flexibility with spring-back resilience.
VOXFIL TPU (95A) is a flexible filament that absorbs shocks, grips surfaces and springs back every time. From phone cases to vibration dampers, robot wheels to seals — if the part must flex, TPU is the answer. Print slow for perfect results.

How to print TPU
- Nozzle: 220 – 250 °C (235 °C sweet spot)
- Bed: 40 – 60 °C
- Speed: 15 – 40 mm/s, direct-drive extruder best
- Slow down for sharp corners to avoid blobs
Best applications for TPU
- Phone cases & wearables
- Vibration dampers & gaskets
- Robot & RC wheels
- Seals and strain reliefs
- Protective bumpers
Best for: Flexible, shock-absorbing parts with high abrasion resistance.
