PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon) is one of the most-used 3D printing materials. In plain terms: carbon fiber strength with stunning rigidity.

VOXFIL PA-CF blends nylon with 15% chopped carbon fiber for extreme stiffness, dimensional stability and a premium matte black finish. Parts hold tight tolerances and resist creep — the choice for drone frames, brackets and high-performance jigs.

How to print PA-CF

  • Nozzle: 260 – 290 °C, hardened steel nozzle required
  • Bed: 70 – 90 °C, enclosure recommended
  • Speed: 30 – 60 mm/s
  • Abrasive — use hardened nozzle, never brass

Best applications for PA-CF

  • Drone & RC frames
  • Lightweight structural brackets
  • High-tolerance fixtures
  • Automotive underhood parts
  • Robotics components

Best for: The stiffest, most dimensionally stable prints we make.
