ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is one of the most-used 3D printing materials. In plain terms: abs strength with outdoor uv superpowers.
VOXFIL ASA keeps ABS-level mechanical performance while resisting UV degradation and weathering far better. Outdoor enclosures, drone parts and automotive exterior components keep their color and strength in direct sunlight for years.

How to print ASA
- Nozzle: 240 – 260 °C (250 °C sweet spot)
- Bed: 95 – 110 °C, enclosure required
- Speed: 40 – 80 mm/s, cooling off
- Prints like ABS but holds color in the sun
Best applications for ASA
- Outdoor enclosures & housings
- Automotive exterior parts
- Drone & RC components
- Garden & marine hardware
- Solar-exposed mounts
Best for: Long-life outdoor parts that face sun, rain and heat.
