ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is one of the most-used 3D printing materials. In plain terms: the engineering classic — heat, impact and post-process ready.

VOXFIL ABS delivers the toughness, heat resistance and machinability that made it the industry standard. Parts can be sanded, drilled, glued and acetone-smoothed. Print inside a heated enclosure for warp-free, dimensionally accurate engineering parts.

How to print ABS

  • Nozzle: 230 – 260 °C (245 °C sweet spot)
  • Bed: 90 – 110 °C, enclosure strongly recommended
  • Speed: 40 – 80 mm/s, cooling fan off
  • Use enclosure + brim to eliminate warping

Best applications for ABS

  • Automotive parts
  • Electronics enclosures
  • Mechanical gears & clips
  • Cosplay & props
  • Tooling and vacuum-forming bucks

Best for: Heat-tolerant, impact-resistant parts with great post-processing.
