Q: Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes. Stock-material samples are free (buyer pays freight) and dispatch within 72 hours. Custom color samples ship in 3–5 days.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

10 kg for custom colors, 100 kg for private label on stock colors, 300 kg for full custom color + label. Container programs start at 10 t.

Keep your filament at its best

Store dry

Keep spools in the sealed bag or a dry box. Target < 40% RH for hygroscopic materials.

Dry before long prints

PA, PC and PETG benefit from a 4–8 h dryer cycle. See the drying chart on our Quality page.

Watch for moisture

Bubbling, hissing or brittle parts mean moisture. Dry the spool before blaming the profile.

Reuse the vacuum bag

Reseal with the included desiccant after each session — it costs nothing and extends spool life.
