Material and color, quantity in kilograms, spool size, destination country and port, whether you need private label, and the documents your market requires. If you have a target price, include it — it tells us which grade and volume tier to quote. The RFQ form (Excel) covers all of it in one file.
Within 4 business hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+8. Complex requests — custom color plus custom packaging — may need one extra exchange, but we send a structured quotation with price, lead time and document scope in the first reply.
MOQ depends on configuration, not on a single number. Custom colors start at 10 kg; private label on stock colors starts from 100 kg; full custom color plus label starts from 300 kg. Sampling orders are welcome before any of that.
Yes. Stock-material samples dispatch within 72 hours (buyer pays freight); custom color samples take 3–5 days after we approve the reference. Tell us the material and color and we will confirm the sample terms in the reply.
Per grade: TDS and SDS, plus the declarations that apply to your market — RoHS and REACH with SVHC screening, EU/US declarations of conformity, and CPSIA/CA65 documentation for consumer SKUs. A lot-level batch report ships with every order. Ask for the current revision and we send the PDFs with the quotation.
FOB is best once you ship containers regularly and want control of freight; CIF or DDP is easier for a first order because the whole cost arrives as one number. We quote FOB, CIF and DDP on the same basket so you can compare them directly.
Roughly 8.8 tonnes of 1 kg spools in a 20 ft container and about 18.5 tonnes in a 40 ft HQ — filament is usually limited by weight, not volume. Tell us your material and spool mix and we will send a loading plan with the quote.
Yes. Private label covers spool, label, retail box and carton artwork, with your color formulas held on file so repeat orders match. Send artwork as PDF or AI and confirm your barcode requirements (EAN, UPC, FNSKU).
First orders typically run on a deposit with the balance before shipment or against documents. Larger orders or new counterparties can use a letter of credit. As the relationship matures we move to more flexible terms — see payment terms for a first order.
Extrusion and packing typically take 7–20 days depending on volume, plus raw-material availability and sample approval for custom colors, plus 20–45 days of ocean freight door to door. We quote lead time from a defined starting event — usually deposit plus approved sample.
Yes. We host live video walk-throughs of the line that will run your order, and in-person audits are welcome by arrangement. See the factory page for real photography and video from the production floor.
Raise it with the batch number from the spool. We pull the lot record, compare the measured values against the agreed specification and resolve it — replacement, credit or return — under the terms written into your order. Defining that remedy before you pay is part of how we quote.
